Terms and Conditions
- Einashop is an online store which offers range of items from fashion, skin care and household items to our value customers.
- We are more than happy to serve you during our working days from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm except public holidays.
- For all enquiries, please do contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your order number if applicable for faster processing time. We will strive to attend to all enquires within 3 working days.
- Scope of application of service
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to occasional modifications and they apply to all services offered by einashop either directly or indirectly (i.e. through third parties) via the Internet or mobile devices, by email or by telephone.
2.Changes to the terms and conditions
- Einashop reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions as and when deemed required without prior notice. For further clarification, please kindly contact us at email@example.com.
3. Privacy and sending emails
- We will only collect, process and use the personal data of the customer if it has prior consent to do so or if permitted by a legal disposition.
- We will collect, process and use the personal data necessary to be able to offer its services and/or for the use and functioning of the website and/or the applications for mobile devices.
- If the customer agrees to receive information about/ from us during the registration process or at a later date, we will send this information periodically.
4.Colour and Measurement of our products
- Our products have been measured to the best of our possible effort and the measurements have been listed on the site. However, as the products are mass produced, the measurements may vary between 0.5 inch to 1.0 inch. In the case of such variation, the affected product shall not be considered as a defect and shall not be allowed to be exchanged.
- We have to our best possible effort capture the original colour of our products. However, due to different resolutions and technical capabilities of the customer’s display screen, the colour of the products may have slight variance. In the case of such variation, the affected product shall not be considered as a defect and shall not be allowed to be exchanged.
- Due to the cut of fabric, the prints on printed products may have slight variation in its placement and this shall not be considered a defect and shall not be allowed to be exchanged.
- Our products may have common manufacturing imperfections e.g. loose thread etc that do not affect the general appearance of the products and this shall not be considered a defect and shall not be allowed to be exchanged.
5.Ordering and Shipping
- Upon placing an order, you are offering to purchase our product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- We will not process an order until payment is received in full. Once an order has been confirmed and processed we are unable to amend it. No amendments due to wrong colour, sizes or duplicate orders can be made upon confirmation.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order if deemed required.
- For delivery, please do provide the full and correct address so as not to cause a delay in delivery.
- Shipping shall be made within 3 working days for regular in stock product and only upon the receipt of full payment. For further information in this respect, we suggest that the customer to carefully read our “Shipping Policy” which forms part of this terms and conditions.
- Free shipping shall be valid upon the fulfilment of conditions as stated during the purchase and as stated in our “Shipping Policy”. Free shipping shall not be applicable for all pre-order items, backorder items or sales items which forms part of this terms and conditions.
6.Return and Exchange
- We shall only allow purchased item to be returned if the item is defective in its original state or the wrong item has been delivered due to the fault of us.
- For a valid/ acceptable return, please follow and adhere to the below:
- Contact us within 3 working days upon receiving the item via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that it shall be our discretion on whether we will allow return if we are informed after the stipulated 3 working days. Please in the email, provide clear photos of the defective items or wrong items.
- Return items shall be in its original conditions (not damaged, not worn and not washed) with the labels/ tags and the original packaging.
- All postages i.e. postage fee paid to deliver to you and return to us shall be reimbursed by us. However, for return postage arrangement, please follow our shipping procedures which will be provided step by step in our email reply.
- Return is not applicable for item sold and delivered outside Singapore.
- In lieu of a returned, we may suggest that we will provide a refund as a store credit for next purchase based on our discretion.
- We do not provide any cash refunds for the return items but the value of the items and to-be reimbursed postage fee (if applicable) shall be available to you as store credit for your next purchase. Please allow us 7 working days to credit the store credit to your account upon the receipt of the valid/ acceptable return item.
- We shall allow sold and delivered item to be exchanged strictly for its size and or/ colour for the same item only (i.e. one-to- one). We regret to inform that we are not able to allow exchange for a different item.
7.For a valid/ acceptable exchange, please follow and adhere to the below:
- Contact us within 3 working days upon receiving the item via email at email@example.com. Please note that it shall be our discretion on whether we will allow exchange if we are informed after the stipulated 3 days. Please in the email, provide clear photos of exchanged item.
- Discounted items and/ or items sold via a discounted code shall not be entitled for exchanged.
- Intimate wear and/ or accessories (e.g. lingerie etc) shall not be entitled for exchanged.
- Exchanged items shall be in its original conditions (not damaged, not worn and not washed) with the labels/ tags and the original packaging.
- All postages i.e. postage fee paid to deliver to you and return to us shall be borne by you (i.e. the buyer). For return postage arrangement, please use registered postage for local order and shipping method with tracking for overseas order. Please state the relevant tracking information in your email to us for return postage.
- In event that the exchanged item is of a lower price, no further re-fund shall be given for the difference.
- Exchange items shall be re-delivered only upon receiving the postage fee for the re-delivery.
- We will process the exchange within 7 working days upon the receiving the exchanged item if there is available stock locally. If the to-be exchanged item is not available locally but overseas, we will process the exchange within 21 working days. In event that the exchanged item is no longer available in the market, store credit of the same value shall be available to you for your next purchase. Store credit shall have a validity of 6 months upon the date of issue.
- For further information in this respect, we suggest that the customer to carefully read our “Return and Exchange Policy” which forms part of this terms and conditions.
8.No Refund policy
- We do apologize that all items sold and delivered shall not be entitled to any cash re-fund in any circumstances. However, in replacement of the cash re-fund, store credit shall be available to you for your next purchase only if applicable. Store credit shall have a validity of 6 months upon the date of issue.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- Interbank Electronic Fund Transfer from our bank account holder
- We do apologize that we do not accept payment via ATM fund transfer.
- For payment of order via Internet Banking Transfer, the product shall be reserved for you for 24 hours upon your confirmation of the order. Please proceed to complete the payment within this time period and update us on the payment details once completed for the order to be processed.
- All order in which payment has not been received within 24 hours shall be automatically cancelled. We reserve the right to blacklist anyone who may be willfully placing order with no intent of making payment.
- We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made.
- For further information in this respect, we suggest that the customer to carefully read our “Payment Policy” which forms part of this terms and conditions.
- All sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
- Free shipping shall not be valid for sale items.
- All store credits shall be valid for 6 months upon issue.
- We reserve the right, in our discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any part of the site and services. Any material on the Site and Services may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update such material.
- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of the changes to these Terms and conditions will be posted on the Site and will be effective immediately, unless expressed otherwise.
